This platform enables the rapid creation and modification of smart applications with minimal coding, reducing the reliance on coding expertise and accelerating development timelines. As a result, the bank achieved faster time-to-market, enhancing its digital transformation efforts to adapt to the evolving business environment.

The app leverages advanced identity verification technology, "Electronic Know Your Customer" (eKYC), allowing customers to open accounts, apply for credit cards, and request personal loans from the comfort of their homes. It also significantly reduces customer onboarding time by 90%. Through this initiative, HKT and Outsystems are not only enabling businesses to attract new customers via online platforms but also creating opportunities for sustained growth.
